Brass Star Records Submission Policy |

You may submit as many songs as you wish! However, only FIVE SONGS PER CASSETTE. Professional produced CD’s are also accepted (no limit to quantity of songs on CD’s.) Please include a lyric sheet for each song you submit. We will return all materials from the submisions received, upon request.
Please be sure each cassette, cassette box or CD, includes the SONG TITLES, Your Name, Address, Phone and/or E-mail address. There will be a mandatory $25.00 service charge that must be mailed with each submission! This is necessary to pay for costs incurred to review your submission by our A&R Department, guarantee the return of all materials submited (if requested), as well as assures your review will be conducted in a timely manner. Please keep in mind, we don’t turnaround your submission with a form letter. We take the time to LISTEN to each and every submission. Checks or money orders should be made payable to: “The Slouch & Friends, Inc.” . If this fee does not accompany your Submission, it will Not Be Reviewed!
We will respond to your submission within 2 to 4 weeks. You are always welcome to call our offices to check on your materials, but, please allow at least 4 weeks before following up with phone calls. We respond to all song writers and artists by phone, snail mail or e-mail.
