This is our standard Record Contract Agreement. This contract is only offered to a limited number of artists each year. We pay all production costs, advertising and promotion expenses and pay the artist royalties based on CD/Tape sales. We do maintain some publishing from the music as well. |

This is similar to our standard Record Contract Agreement. The difference being, the artist pays a one time subsidy fee towards the project. We handle the production costs, follow the project all the way to completion (shrink wrapped product ready for marketing), and include limited promotion of the product. Royalty fees are paid to the artist based on CD/Tape sales. You retain all publishing rights from the music and Sound Recording copyrights. |

This is completely different all together. We will take your completed master tape and produce the finished product for you. You supply us with the information you want on the jacket of the CD/Tape, along with picture/s, etc., and we do the rest. 1000 finished Cassette Tapes (full color inserts) or 1000 finished CD’s are the minimum first run. All finished product is shrink wrapped. Subsidy fees include a limited promotion package. |

Brass Star Records offers an array of services for the serious recording artist. We have made it our goal to help the struggling artist get the recognition he deserves. While the music business is extremely competitive, and there are no guarantees, even from the major labels, we will provide you with a professional product and do our best to get that product out in the mainstream. The above options are at your disposal. If you have a demo tape you would like us to consider for a possible Recording Contract with you (option #1), please mail it to us at your earliest convenience (refer submission guidelines). If your tape is not one of the tapes picked up by us, however, we feel it has potential, you’ll automatically be considered for option #2. If you already have a master tape of your music and would like us to complete your production for you, we are at your disposal. Whatever your music needs, we are here for you!
